Hello!
I am Kshanika Patel. A Senior UX Researcher at USAA bridge research and design to create real user value and business impact.
I bring over 6 years of experience uncovering unarticulated user needs to create meaningful, intuitive and user-centered experiences.
What I have done before
My path to UX started long before my first wireframe. As a kid, I loved transforming discarded scraps into something useful, a “best out of waste” mindset. I studied knitwear design at NIFT (National Institute of Fashion Technology), and then earned a master’s in design management at SCAD (Savannah College of Art and Design). Along the way, I shaped digital experiences across fintech, healthcare, and enterprise , helping teams uncover deep user needs and turn them into intuitive products.
I have led digital transformation for many clients at G2O LLC, PARK, and Thrive.
Life Beyond Screens
🌿 When I’m not designing, I’m a curious free spirit drawn to the world’s hidden corners. You’ll often find me camping under the stars, chasing unexpected adventures, and always seeking what might inspire me next.
🧘🏻♀️ I recharge through meditation and quiet moments that help me stay grounded and creative, even on the busiest days.
🎨 A perpetual learner at heart, I love picking up new hobbies and skills, whether it’s painting, experimenting in the kitchen, or getting lost in a good book.
