I am Kshanika Patel, a Senior UX Researcher and UX Designer. I currently work at USAA, uncovering complex user needs to create meaningful, intuitive and user-centered experiences.
I bring over 6 years of experience working in fintech, healthcare and enterprise platforms. With my diverse knowledge and skillset, I aim to create products and experiences that are human-centered and innovative.
My Journey
My path to UX started long before my first wireframe. As a kid, I loved transforming discarded scraps into something useful, a “best out of waste” mindset.
I studied knitwear design at NIFT (National Institute of Fashion Technology), and then earned a master’s in design management at SCAD (Savannah College of Art and Design).
I have led digital transformation for many clients at G2O LLC, PARK, and Thrive, and current work for USAA. Along the way, I shaped digital experiences across fintech, healthcare, and enterprise , helping teams uncover deep user needs and turn them into intuitive products.
Life Beyond Screens
🌿 I’m a curious free spirit drawn to the world’s hidden corners. You’ll often find me camping under the stars, chasing unexpected adventures, and always seeking what might inspire me next.
🧘🏻♀️ I recharge through meditation and quiet moments that help me stay grounded and creative, even on the busiest days.
🎨 I love spending my evenings painting, cooking a new dish, or endulging in a good book.
