As a child, I was always building things with my hands—turning scraps into models, reimagining waste into something useful and beautiful. That “best out of waste” mindset, grounded in curiosity and creativity, naturally led me to the world of design and, ultimately, user experience research. Today, I’m a UX Researcher and Designer who thrives at the intersection of human insight and hands-on problem-solving. I don’t just want to understand people’s needs, desires, and pain points—I want to actively design and shape experiences that solve for them.

With over 5 years of experience across industries including finance, healthcare, and tech, I specialize in creating human-centered, data-driven experiences that deliver both user value and business impact. My journey began in design, earning a Bachelor's in Knitwear Design from the National Institute of Fashion Technology, where I first honed my creative thinking and systems approach. I later deepened my strategic and research expertise through a Master’s in Design Management from the Savannah College of Art and Design.

From leading digital transformation projects at Thrive Senior Living and PARK Guiding Design Leaders, to shaping service design at G2O, and currently driving research at USAA—I’ve helped organizations uncover deep user insights, align cross-functional teams, and design solutions that matter. I’m passionate about bridging the gap between what people need and what we create, bringing together research and design to craft intuitive, meaningful experiences.
